This isn't a problem here in Firefox, Camino, or Safari, which leads me to believe that you probably have a preference (specifically, a font pref) that's causing this. Try a fresh profile using http://pimpmycamino.com/parts/troubleshoot-camino and see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, you have a bad font pref set somewhere and this is WORKSFORME.
By 'header' I suppose you mean the line: 'The iPhone Threat to Adobe, Microsoft, Sun, Real, BREW, Symbian' under the graphic image at the top. It covers the subsequent text when enlarged, yes. That is a site design problem, not a Camino problem.
What do you have set as your minimum font size in Preferences -> Fonts -> Advanced? A small (or "none") value there, combined with a small default font size and/or smallish default font, could easily cause this problem. Again, that's a site/prefs problem, not a Camino problem. Sites should be smart enough not to set tiny body text font sizes. (I blame Windows and its huge default fonts for this fairly prolific and annoying bad habit on the part of Web designers.)
