Therefore the drop-down box "Trust junk mail headers set by ..." remains empty. (On the other hand those files are present in the Windows zip package seamonkey-1.1.2.en-US.win32.zip.) Reproducible: Always
Apparently fixed since SeaMonkey 1.1.5 --> resolving WORKSFORME
