Need to add a test summary, which involves refactoring exception/timeout handling.

The net effect is that the something that looks like:

Browser Chrome Test Summary
        Pass: 6
        Fail: 8
        Todo: 1

is added to the end of the test output. I've run this through my test suite test suite and things still seem to work OK :)
