When I click the attachment icon, when the window opens and I try to access the pictures file, I receive an "Access denied" message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write message
2.Click "Attachment"
3.When window appears, click on "pictures" file.  Receive "Access denied" message.
Actual Results:  
Received "Access denied" message and all attempts to access "pictures" file for choosing an attachment results in the same message.

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to access the pictures file to select an attachment.

Reporter, can you reproduce it also with last TB 2.0.0.22?
