STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1)  Get UniversalXPConnect privileges
2)  Set .value on an <input type="file">

EXPECTED RESULTS: New value shows in textfield

ACTUAL RESULTS: New value doesn't show in textfield.

This is almost certainly a regression from bug 334977.

I wish we actually had regression tests for some of this stuff. :(

Speaking of which... I should try to figure out a way to write a regression test for this.  I'd need enablePrivilege in reftest or some such... :(
