Cannot send a signed draft - missing attached files.
The saved message gets yellow back background and missing images and smilies as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create message with images and smilies;
2.sign it (set security option "Digitally sign the message";
3.save (^S);
4.close;
5.open the draft;
6.background - yellow; images - missing and smilies are displayed as text;
7.send;
8.FAILURE: error message "Sindeing of message failed. There was an error attaching Drafts Please check if you have access to the file"


Expected Results:  
1.the saved draft shoul look just like it was composed;
2.successfully sent;
