I just get this error message when starting it:
title of msgbox: "Erreur de démarrage du programme"
content of msgbox: "Le fichier XUL.DLL est lié à une exportation manquante USER32.DLL:UpdateLayeredWindow."

Translated: Start program Error, the file XUL.DLL is linked with a missing export USER32.DLL:UpdateLayeredWindow

The only thing I can do is to click on the OK button but it does not start.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox

Actual Results:  
I only saw the message box with the error.

Expected Results:  
Display the new version of my favourite browser. ;-)

No theme, nothing, juste a clean install of Minefield/3.0a7pre (en-US) including DOM inspector.
Win98 4.10.1998 FR
PIII 600Mhz LT9399 Notebook with 192Mb of RAM

Firefox 3.0 will not run on versions of Windows before 2000.
