38811 - double-clicking link in Bookmarks manager opens 2 windows

found this on linux commercial, 2000.05.10.09 --not a problem on winNT, haven't
tested Mac yet.

1. go to the above URL and bookmark it (if it already exists in your bookmarks,
feel free to go to another page and bookmark that one).
2. open the Bookmarks Manager.
3. double-click the bookmark added in step 1.

result: two new browser windows open to the selected url.
expected: only one window should open.

i take back my initial observation --this does happen on winNT, as well as Mac.

yes, all platforms and introduced with the 2000050909 builds. Also, in some cases more than two windows will be opened (like 4 
or 5).
