When submitting bugs to bugzilla with Mozilla itself, it adds extra
newlines between all submitted lines in textarea input fields. See
bug 38488 for an example.

Reproducible: Always
I've submitted this bug with Netscape 4.61 instead of Mozilla, and now
the vertical spacing is correct (no extra newlines) as you can see above
reassigning
Assignee: rods → pollmann
This is already reported as bug 22983.  Thanks!
