After time subfolders and sidebar are missing incl those options on menu/file also happened on last update.

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Windows-Media-Player/10.00.00.3990; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Sidebar with local folders and sub folders missing. No menu options to open sidebar etc. No known reason. This happens periodically. The last update lost my folders too. I am concerned that updating without folders in place will lose all saved messages. Going into "Chrome" doesn't find the messages or the folders. I'm not using specialized themes etc. using 2 accts, address on tb. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1.May be caused by an hp update. Hp peripherals only 2. 3.
please state the version you came from and the version you "went" to + please correct the bug's version field.
