388526 - need to clobber windows depend tinderboxen

We need to get the Windows Firefox unit-test tinderboxen (and possibly the perf-test ones too) clobbered.  These machines are not clobberable via the CVS infrastructure, and unfortunately robcee (the only one other than IT who has access) is currently unreachable.  I understand that these machines aren't yet IT supported (cf bug 375221), but we've got no one else to go to, and as long as they're unfixed, any additional checkins are risking piling on bustage.

This is in order to fix bustage triggered by the 386076 landing, and I have verified that clobbering does indeed fix the problem.

I clobbered qm-winxp01 and found qm-win2k3-01 had been rebooted for maintenance (at my approval).

Filed bug 388531 as spinoff, so we don't get into this situation again.
