Build Identifier: 

1. Logging in with correct password apparently authenticates user, and user is returned to top page, but user is not logged in. 

2. Logging in with wrong password results in "wrong password" error, which is correct behavior. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://support-stage.mozilla.org/

2. Try logging in with admin/moztiki (correct password). Note behavior.

3. Try logging in with admin/anything (wrong password). Note behavior.

4. Once this bug is fixed, please change the password.
Actual Results:  
As described.

Expected Results:  
The user should be logged in.

Visually inspected PHP session cookie in browser. Looks fine. Nevertheless, suspected PHP session problem. Require contents of php.ini to debug. Restarting httpd should also be attempted.

Please furnish php.ini so I can help to debug.
