When updating Firefox, a page is displayed to say that the browser has been upgraded. This page announces to the user "You have updated to the latest version of Firefox", even for older versions like 184.108.40.206 when 220.127.116.11 is available... See for example http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/18.104.22.168/whatsnew/ (the same applies to all previous 2.0 point releases I tested) This should be corrected so that when a new version is available, the previous page changes to "You have updated to a new version of Firefox" and include text like "You have updated to Firefox 22.214.171.124. A newer version, Firefox 126.96.36.199 is now available which contains more security and bug fixes." and perhaps even offer "Would you like to upgrade to Firefox 188.8.131.52?" although that may be more work.
