If I have a saved password then blacklist that site, the Password Manager is still auto-completing the password field. This is seen on the latest nightly trunk under WinXP and Linux. Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to facebook 2. Sign in to facebook 3. Save password when prompted 4. Go to Tools>Options>Security>Saved Passwords to verify the password is saved 5. Logout of facebook 6. Click on the word "facebook" in the top left of the page 7. Shift+Reload to reload the page 8. Login with another account 9. "never remember" when prompted to do so 10. Go to Tools>Options>Security>Exceptions to verify that facebook has been blacklisted 11. return to www.facebook.com and Shift+reload to reload the page 12. Type in the original user name that was saved Actual results: The password for the original saved account is filled in. Expected results: Since the url is blacklisted, the Password manager should not fill in the password, even though it has one saved. See litmus test: http://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=4397 Reproducible: Always
Summary: Password Manager remembering passwords for black listed sites → Password Manager remembering passwords for black listed sites for which a password is already saved

This is working as designed, so I don't think the litmus test is correct. However, this is one of those weird cases where it's not necessarily clear what the right thing to do is... The user told us to remember one password, but then told us something somewhat different. I suspect we want to keep the existing behavior, but maybe adjust the language/prompting to make things clearer.
