38903 - no icons for attach or address in the compose window

I'm also getting a bunch of JS exceptions dumped to the console, from 
globalOverlay.js

forget to say: Then to see the popup menu, type in the addressing widget the beginnig of an email address you have in 
one of your address book. You should see a popup menu with at least 2 items in it. Select (click) one of them with 
the mouse. Look at the console, you should see the message "awClickEmptySpace" or "awNotAnEmptySpace" which 
are the result click in the tree widget.

I disagree with the M18 "cleanup" target set.   I believe this should be fixed
for beta2, it looks crappy.
