I will use HandCoder 0.3.4 (with the latest [June 14 2007] Tidy) to "pretty print" the code. Tidy is extremely efficient for removing &nbsp;, <br>, <p></p>, lowercasing elements and attributes, adding optional closing tags, converting some deprecated attributes, etc.. and doing this sort of work. Nvu/KompoZer's markup cleaner feature can fix improperly nested lists and that will be useful in fixing those test webpages.
