In the web address bar the address will not scroll when you use the scroll bar or the up/down arrows in the bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click address bar
2.try scrolling.
3.
Actual Results:  
the address bar history will not scroll.

Expected Results:  
scroll.

I have the same problem no smooth scrolling, no autocomplete, no history display in the address bar, and if that's not enough....my cursor is much slower, and page recovery is very slow!
