In today's win32 mozilla build 200051108, the arrow keys are not working
anywhere. marking event handling, think this should go here

as #39079 points out, they're apparently broken throughout the browser
They are working fine on Mac

I'm not seeing home or end work in the browser on Mac, but cursor up/down work 
after clicking in the page.

this sounds like a partial dup of a couple of bugs:

* bug 7404: right and left arrow keys don't scroll. it's ancient --is
joki/anyone gonna touch this any time soon?

* needing to click first to rec'v keyboard events: this sound like bug 9701
crept back. claudius, wanna reopen this fave bug of yours? unless this is
something else...

* bug 22529: the basket for all keyboard shortcuts --methinks the remaining
issues of home/end/etc not working should be placed in this bug.

I just update my build (like 1:56 pm california time) and navigation keys still 
arent working in editor.  ctrl= and keyboard input DO work.
ok, somehow i didnt pick rods late3st change, i just doublechecked and got it, 
and now everything works great!

it works fine for me. I just tested it.
