I'm not sure if it is a bug or mistake, but I just reported it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter Address 2. Enter User and Password 3. See the dot. Actual Results: I saw the dot Expected Results: Don't show the dot.

A new installation, i just wanted to say, that there is a '.' after the URL, I don't know if this should be like this or if it's just a bug

What exact URL did you use? Can you provide a screenshot? Can you use a new profile (using the "firefox.exe -ProfileManager" command) and verify that the problem persists?
