nominating as nsbeta3 polish
per mail triage: remove nsbeta3 nomination and move to future milestone. For
the short term, we will combine items here into three bugs (in 3pane) to address
for nsbetat3: 1. delete, change text, move menuitems; 2. enable/disable and
text changes on context (dynamic); 3. accelerator keys to work.
When this bug gets revisited after the first release, we'll need to see what
items remaining that need to be addressed.

Needs updating. Per original comments:
1. Change
a) Rename Folder should state Rename Account
2. Disable
a) New Message (?)
b) New
- Message (?)
c) Save As (the parent; it's children are disabled)
d) Send Unsent Messages (if no messages are in the Unsent Messages Folder)
3. Enable
a) Get New Messages (this presumably gets new messages in all subscribed
groups?) (note that this is not a parent menu - should it be?)
b) Get New Messages For (this item is greyed out and has no children, what
needs to be done here?)
I'll consider taking this if my other similar bugs prove easy enough.

- 2a and 2b should both be enabled. I might want to create a mail message or a
news message even though the account level is selected.
- 2c. I see that the Save As children are disabled. I wish the File|Save As menu
item could also be disabled. This option is only valid if a message is selected.
- 3a and 3b:
Jen, we need more clarification on the "Get New Messages" and "Get New Message
for" behavior when a News account level is selected because The 'Get Message and
Check for new mail at Startup' spec is not clear.
Using this spec (http://mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/threepane/GetMail.html) go to
the 'Get message button behavior' section, item 12 and it states that with the
News Server selected that only the message counts are updated. Later on in the
document section '3 - File Menu' it states that the "Get New Messages" item
should be disabled.
? Will 'File|Get New Messages' update message counts, get messages for all news
accounts, or should it be disabled?
? Will 'File|Get New Messages for' update message counts, get messages for only
the selected account in the drop down list (what is listed in the drop down
list), or should it be disabled?
Maybe it should match the behavior of the "Get Msg" button which is disabled.
Another good bug on this for GetMsg is bug 76398.

I change resolution to Invalid for originally logged bugs for 3pane Main Menus.
Some design changes happened since that time and now expectation is different.
Current status of Main Menus is addressed in the summary bug 75622, which tracks
a few leftovers for Main Menu mnemonic issues in 3-pane window according to
updated Spec. So original ones can be closed.
