User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv: Gecko/20070713 Firefox/
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv: Gecko/20070713 Firefox/

Once I get the bad password notice, I re-enter the password immediately and exactly the same and it goes through to my account. I don't have the problem with IE, though I don't use IE often, just to test the problem. It has happened to me on other computers also using windows xp. I even get it when I type it in Word and copy/paste into the password box, so I know it's not an idiot operator/fat finger error. It ceased for about a month when I switched over to windows live hotmail, but recently has started again with that program.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to hotmail
2.enter login info and password
Actual Results:
"The e-mail address or password is incorrect. Please try again."
Bang my head on my desk.

Expected Results:
enter my email account.
Smile as my computer doesn't aggravate me.
