heh. noticed that the Themes panel has "Select Themes blahblah" above the
listbox. ;-)

Okay, how about this: "Select a theme"

And somewhere in the box add this bit of explanatory text:
"Selecting a new theme changes the look of buttons, dialog boxes, menus, 
toolbars, and other items. It does not change the way these items function."
