Can you reproduce this when you start in safe mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
No problem in safe mode. I supposed the next step is to find which of my installed extension is responsible for this.
Since I start firefox in safe mode, I'm not able to reproduce this anymore. Any idea why this did the trick?

I'm not able to help anymore to find out why this bug happened because I'm not running firefox under Linux OS anymore.
