If you send a vcard directly to the browser, fx from a webmail application, the
browser just asks you to save the file. It's type "text/v-card".

The same action in Netscape 4.x show the vcard giving you the option to add the
card to the address book.

I know that this bug perhaps is not in Mail Back End but that's my best shot....
Scott, are you the right owner for this?  Seems like someone on Don's team 
should set up the mime handler to take care of this...

RFC 2425 says vCards should use Content-Type: text/directory; profile=
vCard (see bug 60936). In practice, though, a lot of software and sites still 
use text/x-vcard or other MIME types.

I don't properly understand the relationship between SeaMonkey and Thunderbird.  This issue still exists in the current stable version of Thunderbird, and I will write a more detailed report on that if someone can confirm to me that this would be an appropriate place for it.
