When the CHECK FOR UPDATES ... mark in the HELP section is clicked a window appears indicating the following message
AUS: Update XML File Malformed (200)
Re-installing Firefox did not solve the problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Firefox
2. click CHECK FOR UPDATES
3. get error message AUS: Update XML File Malformed (200)
Actual Results:  
After download and installation of the latest Firefox version the problem was the same.

Expected Results:  
Problem should have been resolved

Adding jay to this bug, I believe he saw this message last evening, but I am not sure of the context.

Fx2.0 is end of life, resolving bug to invalid state. Will re-open to duplicate status if the issue is found in Fx3.0 as well.
