You can request to add yourself at https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/release-drivers , and one of the admins of the list (mconnor, juanb, jay, timr) can approve.

Just subscribe via https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/release-drivers and then ask one of mconnor/jay/juanb/timr to approve you. If the list admins wants, they can add dveditz as a list admin so that he can approve people himself.
