highlighting text followed by bullet causes problems

Details
using 5/11 build of netscape
1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) enter 3 lines of text
abc
abcd
abcde
4) highlight the 3 lines of text
5) click bullet list
what happens is that the first line gets put into a list and the
other two lines don't..
I was expecting, like 4.x, that the entire 3 liens gets inserted into
a list(3 bullets) and that that highlight selection is preserved..
all platforms.

fixed. looks like i never checked in the fix the first time. it's checked in
now.
