show sidebar; show search bar; click customize.
select two entries in left pane, click down arrow.
behavior: nothing happens
requested behavior: items move down as a group.
Possible acceptable behaviors:
* up/down arrows disabled [they aren't 3d yet so it isn't possible for them to
show this state now] -- This is least prefered.
* each selected item moves according to the direction specified -- Prefered
* all selected items are now grouped together one below [for down] the lowest
entry -- [maybe] acceptable

Reformulating this old bug according to the current status
Mozilla 1.1
0. Make sure you are in advanced search mode
1. Show sidebar
2. Show search panel
3. Edit Categories...
4. Select two entries in the RIGHT pane
=> Result: the down arrow grays out (disabled), you cannot do that
According to the reporter, this is the least preferred behavior.
=> Expected result: The two selected entries go down by one.

I don't have any entries in the right pane. What are the exact steps? Do I have to add some myself, or should they already be there?
