The right sides of most menus now appear to get cut off.  May be related to/dup 
of bug 39020
i don't see this, winNT, pull from 5pm 5/11/00.

I still see this.  Sorry, I meant to say that the gray highlighting of the 
parent menu items (i.e. "Go" or "Bookmarks") is cut off along the right side, 
especially noticeable on mousedown (when the rounded-edge border gets cut off 
as well)
