Build ID: 2000051108 The reload button on the navigational toolbar can be lit up/pressed from areas that are outside the actual button itself; mouseclicks/mouseovers seem to be read in a square around the button, rather than the circle shape that it is. This is especially noticable in the bottom right area outside of the button, where it becomes lit with mouseover even though you're a good distance away from this button. I think this may also occur with the stop button.
Is this joki's bug (event handling)?
No. The event handling is correct -- the background image that has the :hover is actually a 36x36 rectangular gif with transparency. So, this is working in terms of events, css pseudo-classes, etc. The open question is whether this is an acceptable behaviour in the UI. Passing on to ben, cc: bdonohoe.

btw, this is also highly visible with the toolbar buttons in Composer (i.e. "Anchor" and "Link" are both responding from far outside their actual shape) Why are we drawing rectangular gif's to respond, rather than the button-shaped circles?
Move to M21 target milestone.
Target Milestone: M18 → M21

This is actually fixed in Classic and is hardly evident in newmod (was originally reported as a problem in what is now Blue)
