User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.5) Gecko/20070713 Firefox/2.0.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.5) Gecko/20070713 Firefox/2.0.0.5 I have recently been downloading a 500MB file (split into 5 100MB parts). The first part downloaded fine, but the second part got to 100% and then got stuck. I left it like that for at least half an hour (3 times what the file took to download!) and it had still not moved. The download speed was about 300KB/S. A system restart solved the problem, but I had to restart after downloading each part. This also happened in a similar situation on Windows (same Firefox version) Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start downloading large file 2.When finished, download another large file (maybe with similar name, eg. example.dmg.001, example.dmg.002) Actual Results: Second large download gets stuck at 100%. After system restart, downloads fully. Expected Results: Downloaded both/all parts fully without system restart. Happened downloading from rapidshare, and clevo.com.tw, and my own secure ftp server.
I also have the same problem. Most of the large files I download, stop at 100% without finishing. This problem occurs very often and even after reinstalling firefox and Windows (I have Windows xp SP2).
LOL... The same just happened when I tried to download firefox-3.0b3pre.en-US.win32.installer.exe from the link above. It stopped at 100%!
