Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Press keyboard shortcut. Actual Results: (See details.) Expected Results: Cmd+Tab and Cmd+Shift+Tab should switch tabs. The URL completion shortcuts should not cause system alert. Cmd+Option+Left and Cmd+Option+Right do switch tabs, as do Cmd+1, Cmd+2, etc.
