jesse's dependency graph thing is really funny... i asked for a graph. it collected all the info it needed from the db then it went off into the weeds trying to draw it. it finished. and then it decided to try to show me my bugzilla footer; to do that, it needed to use the database. but the database connection had closed. so instead of the pretty picture, i get an error that it couldn't render my footer. ironically, as you can see from the output, the error wrappings are able to reestablish a connection to the db and generate a proper footer. reproducable: almost certainly.
Bugzilla tries to contact the DB and fails. There is no reason to treat this differently than any other attempt to contact the DB.
