390775 - (land-rw) Land Kinyarwanda Firefox localization on trunk and prepare for branching

I did the initial landing for the Kinyarwanda localization of Firefox on the trunk, as per bug 330026.

There is some work left to do, a few bugs in the localization itself, as well as the productization and the in-product webpages.

Hi Steve,

I'm going through the localizations in the incubator, and I see that your last check-in was in August.

So, let's check where we are? Did you find volunteers to test your language pack? I'd be interested in how many of those, and in particular, if you got coverage on windows, mac, and linux, as those have different dialog sizes at least.

Is there stuff left that you want to land? Looking at bug 390782, it seems that we're OK for now with respect to search engines, so that wouldn't block us here.

If you have more question, please let me know. I just realized that I didn't file a bug to get the in-product pages up, sorry for that, I'll do that in a minute. I wasn't that well organized for the initial bug filing as I'm these days :-(.

http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/compare/linux-langpack/69 is the latest comparison run, and it shows that rw/browser/installer/installer.inc isn't localized. I don't think it's used anymore, even for 2.x, so you could just land the English version.

http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/compare/linux-langpack/8434 showed a missing blank, I checked in a bustage fix. http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/compare/linux-langpack/10604 is green.

I think we should still get the titles in bookmarks.html translated before we deal with shipping this, Stephen, I filed bug 429156 on that.

The webservices bug for fx2 is resolved enough, too, thus I branched this. I'll file a build bug later on.
