My Firefox updated and then when I came to use it today I had lost ALLL my bookmarks... over 1000 of them! Which I can not retrieve! None of the Support webpages offer any help that I can understand in how to possibly rectify this issue!

Better support woudl be useful.

I dont know where/how to recover my profile/file that stores my bookmarks. I';m not heavily IT literate. Woudl be nice to be able to get rapid contact and support in this issue.

That I should see my bookmarks, and they not vanish after an upgrade!
