390838 - "Get Extensions/Themes" link does not bring new window to front

When clicking on the "Get Extensions" or "Get Themes" link in the addons manager loads the corresponding web page, but the addons manager window stays on top.

This was tested on Gran Paradiso A7 build id 2007080210 on Windows XP, Vista, Linux and Mac OSX.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch GPa7
2. Click on Tools>Addons
3. Click on "Get Extensions" or "Get Themes"

Actual Results:
Extensions/Themes website is launched in a new tab but the addons manager stays on top.  The user has to close the addons manager or switch to the main browser window to view the page content.

Expected Results:
The main browser window should be brought to the front as soon as the user clicks on "Get Extensions/Themes".

Reproducible:
Always

I am using my own past experience with Firefox and the expected results from testcase http://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=4157 for my expected results.

This bug is a regression to 2007080204.  The last build this worked properly in was 2007080105.
