testcase

Basic conditions:
 - Colspanning cell, with minimum width lower than its preferred width (i.e. having spaces where we can make linebreaks)
 - One of the colspanned columns has a cell with intermediate percentage width.
(very high and very low pct-widths don't trigger the bug)

Steps to reproduce:
 - Load testcase
 - Resize browser window horizontally

Observed behavior:
Table snaps between a wide and a skinny layout on horizontal window resizes.

Happens in 1.8 branch, but not in trunk.
We don't care about bugs of this type on the 1.8 branch anymore: we're only fixing security bugs and regressions from security bugs; we explicitly don't want to change layout compatibility.
