(Whiteboard: [CLOSEME 2010-11-15])

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a6) Gecko/20070629 GranParadiso/3.0a6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a7pre) Gecko/2007080305 Minefield/3.0a7pre I had an install of Gran Paradiso 3.0a4 that included: 1. bookmarks; 2. home page with multiple urls (e.g. www.mozilla.org|www.google.co.uk) I then uninstalled Gran Paradiso before installing. I then upgraded from 3.0a4 to 3.0a7pre (also tested with Gran Paradiso 7 - 3.0a7). Upon launching the browser, all my bookmarks had disappeared and the browser did not navigate to the two home pages (nor to the welcome to Gran Paradiso Alpha 7 page). I then uninstalled alpha 7 and installed Gran Paradiso Alpha 6 [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a6) Gecko/20070629 GranParadiso/3.0a6]. When starting up the browser this time, my home pages opened up correctly, along with a welcome to Alpha 6 page. My bookmarks display and navigate correctly as well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Yeah, there was some code change (places). That's why the test browser is called Minefield. If you delete the file places.sqlite in your profile you'll get back your bookmarks menu and your homepages, but you'll lose your history. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder

I just tried installing 3.0a7 again and now it works! I suspect that a4->a7 is broken in some way (unconfirmed), but a4->a6->a7 works. I'm now running [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a7) Gecko/2007080210 GranParadiso/3.0a7] without the issues noted above. I didn't even have to delete places.sqlite :).
