User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 I see the blue 'Q' logo instead of the flash item. After removing the flash player.plugin as directed in your release notes it still does not work. What flash player should I be installing and where do I get it from? I downloaded the latest Quicktime 7.2 version and this has happened ever since. Thank you for your help! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to this website, or any with flash http://www.theboweryhotel.com/ 2. 3. Actual Results: I see the blue 'Q' logo instead of the flash item. Expected Results: Would like to see the flash item. It worked fine before i downloaded the latest quicktime.
Thank you, this worked beautifully, I followed instructions then quit and restarted Firefox and voila!
