Any and all flash pages visited while using Firefox will crash the whole process if I left-click on them. Youtube is only one of many examples; all kinds of video pages, always in flash, crash the browser when right-clicked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start firefox
2. load a page with embedded flash videos, or just the flash video page itself
3. right-click the video, or area surrounding it
4. And Boom! No more firefox.

My session is restored upon restarting firefox, but sometimes (about half the time) I get a "firefox is already running" message, and I have to use htop to kill the remainder of the process and start it over.

Sorry, but I don't remember which release number I had that didn't have this bug, so I can't pinpoint the release at which it started - It started about two weeks ago, upon upgrading via synaptic.

System is Ubuntu Edgy Eft, on a Toshiba Satellite M115.

Tested with a new profile, latest nightly build, etc.

In my error console, I recently saw a "Flash is not defined" error, but when I clicked the link (javascript: flash) to the error, I got a blank page.

It's not a crippling bug, as most flash videos can be left-clicked for maximizing size and adjusting volume, but now I can't fix my settings when needed.

I just noticed a similar bug reported, 310357, but mine does not involve images. I can right-click any image and it will work fine, but flash videos cause the crash.

Works for me.
Does this still happen with the latest version of Firefox?
