1.open SVG file
2.open About minefield window
3.move the window over the SVG image

Well this seems to be worksforme in current trunk builds at any rate. lhxws, if you find you still get black lines using an up to date trunk build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ please reopen this bug.
