1) Visit site. 2) Wonder what the hell they're talking about. Spoofing seems to make no difference; both Firefox and Camino are equally excluded by this problem, and pretending to be IE or Safari doesn't help either. Safari itself *can* get to the site, so they're doing something more sophisticated than simple UA sniffing, but apparently they didn't get the memo that there's this big-time browser called "Firefox" that a large portion of the Internet uses. There's also a problem with their SSL certificate, but only that it's signed by an unknown CA, so that's probably a different bug.

This seems to work in Firefox 2 now if I accept the security certificate from an unknown CA. I can't test in Camino due to, I believe, bug 398417. This appears to be FIXED; if we later find out they're excluding Camino for no good reason, that's a new bug.
