Now that the mouse wheel scrolls one month at a time in month view, it overrides the scrolling of events in a day box that has a scrollbar.

Ideally, the day box would scroll when the mouse is over a day that has a scrollbar, but the month would change if the mouse was anywhere else.  You can experience this behavior in Firefox when a webpage has a scrollbar and it also contains a form that has a scrollbar.

This might also apply to other views besides month view.

I would prefer to not have to use a modifier key.
