A user would go under Tools -> Options -> Content tab And there should be an area specified for spellchecker preferences. Ability to view/add/remove a list of words easily with a UI. Also I think there could be some form to save the list so users can create custom lists and share or just to back up their own for future use. I suggested the content tab because Text is content I guess. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
This is one current bug on this idea that I am aware of without searching. Ability to mark a valid spelling as wrong or remove word from dic https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=355329
Well thats what I'm getting at. The user should be able to see ALL words, including the ones that are installed by default from firefox. I should probably update that in my comment.
