391884 - Doctor occasionally tries to send me a file instead of displaying the page

When I'm working on websites using Doctor, sometimes when I click the "Commit" button on the "Save Changes" tab, I get a prompt to download a file sometimes.

Also, I was looking into bug 391737, and I noticed that when I go to the link in the URL field of the bug, I see "Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8". I shouldn't be seeing headers displayed to me. I think this is probably causing the issue with despot wanting to offer me a file.

I believe that one of LpSolit's patches caused this regression, as I don't remember this happening before some of his patches landed a while back.

Maybe the patch in bug 188775 caused this? I should try backing it out and see what happens.
