Pull the about.css from chrome if we can. If not, just fall back to the default colors.

about: is a XHTML file encoded in UTF-8. Don't you want to do the same thing with about:credits?

For the sake of consistency? Either way is fine as long as credits do get updated.

Since credits file is also on mozilla.org and mozilla.org pages are HTML 4.01, I guess it _should_ stay that way.
