Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on Download & Install Now 2. 3. Actual Results: Report window simplay says installation failed. Components are missing. Expected Results: Normal update like many times before.

Need more info... from what to what did you update? Does a manual install of 2.0 work? Generally BSOD are not caused by buggy drivers, applications shouldn't be able to get the machine in such a state.
Reporter wrote me "2.0 get hung and freezes on install". Drew: before invoking the 2.0 installer, make sure all other programs are closed. (You also might wanna check antivirus/firewall and other low-level apps.) Does the BSOD say which driver crashes the machine?
Computer used for business. Down time not option. Avoiding upgrade is present workaround.
