matt: are these dead ns4.x files? why are they still around. or are they for ns6

What's the status? Are these dead NS4 files? If so, please change to subject to state this instead!
config.js got whacked, no http URLs in here anymore. URLs maybe have moved to chrome somewhere. Marking invalid.
