Possibility to create folder in search engine is important if someone have lot of search plugins. It is  good for visibility and organisation.

Confirming as a valid RFE, though I'm guessing it's a WONTFIX. Most users don't have a lot of search engines to manage and adding the UI could make it more complicated for them.
