Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6

if you have one browser window open and click on any html form browse button to upload a file, leave the file upload window open and launch a new window, no bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar appear in the second window. Furthermore that entire browser window is flawed. You can add more tabs but not go back to previous tabs, they appear unresponsive. certain pages will not load (probably javascript intensive pages) i have tried gmail and google maps, they seem to load but gmail is just a blank page. google maps loads but no map image is displayed but searching and results work ok. there is probably more normal browsing features that are 'crippled' by this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a firefox browser window.
2.Navigate to a file upload form
3.Click the 'browse' button as if to browse for a file to upload
4.Do not actually select a file, just leave the file upload window open
5.Now launch firefox again, to get a new browsing window.
6.This second window will break and not load certain pages, click on tabs will not work, bookmark toolbar appears empty, probably more.
Actual Results:
See Details section.

Expected Results:
The browser should work as it does normally. ie. load pages, display bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar, etc.
